- Nordic Walking-School
Where else can you enjoy this gentle sport better than in our 35 ha parkland location. With Nordic walking, neither your joints, muscles nor circulation are put under any strain. Using sticks, coordination, dexterity and physical awareness are trained simultaneously.
- Special Group Training 20 min.
Choose from our special programmes: Spinal Gymnastics, Cardiovascular Training, Osteoporosis Training, Venal Gymnastics, Conscious Breathing, Relaxation Training, Pelvic Floor Gymnastics.

- The Five Tibetan Rites 50 min.
In this simple energy and fitness programme you learn how to face the day with drive and energy. The Five Tibetan Rites consist of five separate motion sequences. The combination of these with a relaxed and deep breathing as well as positive thoughts intensify the effect. During fine weather, we will exercise in the natural green surroundings of the park.
- Relaxation Training 50 min.
Immerse into pure relaxation with elements from Shaolin Quigong, autogenous training, yoga, breathing and much more.
- Terrain Exercise 45 min. bis 90 min.
Cardiovascular training for prevention and therapy – take in your surroundings whilst doing something positive for your health.
- Pilates 60 min.
With special breathing techniques and flowing movements, physical awareness, a sense of balance and coordination are enhanced.
